• General information of glass and its history.
• Glass with its different usages for Furniture & Interior Decoration, Product Designs, wares & as Jewellery
• Information of different glasses along with their existing manufacturers with samples.
• Where & How the glasses are manufactured and why?
• Detailed information of sheet and plate glass with float glass technology.
• Glass as a part of building and Furniture & Interior Decoration as well as product for life style accessories.
• Distribution of glass to the processors & End users.

11.00 to 11.30 noon  

• Know how of different procedures on flat glass with samples & literature .

11.30 to 12.30 A.m.

• Procedure of cutting the glass practically.
• Different procedure to cut the glass.
• How to cut it into different shapes.
• How to make a glass polishing with different technique.

12.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.                                 

• Lunch Break

1.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.           

• Explanation regarding Glass Etching.
• Different procedure to etch the glass.
• Process of Sand Blasting, Acid Etching & Cream Etching with practical.
• Practical of Sand Blasting for surface etching and deep etching.

Preparation of Acid Etching & Cream Etching for the next day’s workshop.

9.15 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

• Practical of Acid Etching. (Effects of H.F. Acid on the Glass)
• Know how of such Acid procedure for different texture on glass surface with practical.
• Cream Etching with practical.

12.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m

• Lunch Break

1.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.

• Knowledge of Glass painting, Stain Glass & Air Brushing with practical. Glass as foam for model  making, for Product design for life style accessories.
• What is a Stain Glass?
• Procedure to make a real stain glass.
• Awareness of Glass Painting colors, borders, etc.
• Air Brushing information, for different models and articles with practical Also with glitters colors.

2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.

• Practical for Glass Painting.
• Preparation of cone for cone work.
• Knowledge of application of cone on glass.
• Usage of Glass Crystal for a Glass Painting, glass designing and cube making.

4.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

• Cleaning of Acid Etched & Cream Etched Glass to have real engraved Glass.

9.15 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

• Color selection & filling on the cone worked glass & color shading.
• Glass cheeping for mirror and plain glass (6mm, 8mm,12mm) .
• Practical of different glass cutting for Glass fusing
• Compatibility of different glass for glass fusing, Glass bending and glass slumping

12.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

• Lunch Break

1.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.

• Knowledge of Glass sticking and Photo Abrasion on glass with practical.
• Practical of Glass sticking and Photo Abrasion.
• Knowledge of Toughened Glass, mirrors and figured glass, glass bending ( curved glass ) one way vision glasses and other products.

4.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

• Preparation of different glass for Glass Fusing & Glass slumping practical.

9.15 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

• Glass slumping at your glass & ceramic furnace with practical.

12.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

• Lunch Break

1.30 p.m. to  4.30 p.m.

• Glass sticking and jointing to make article with Different pieces of glasses. also different pieces with chipping edge.

4.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

• Solving of queries and problems regarding different procedures and practical on the Glass
• Explaining your experience regarding such  workshops with questionnaire form filled by you.

9.15 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

• Glass slumping at your glass & ceramic furnace with practical.

12.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

• Lunch Break

1.30 p.m. to  4.30 p.m.

• Glass sticking and jointing to make article with Different pieces of glasses. also different pieces with chipping edge.

4.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

• Solving of queries and problems regarding different procedures and practical on the Glass
• Explaining your experience regarding such workshops with questionnaire form filled by you.

9.15 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

• Plant visit to Bend Glass manufacturing Factory and decorative laminated Glass articles

12.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

• Lunch Break

1.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.           

• Glass Designing on computer with different software. Usage of scanner & plotter with computer for glass designing.
• Shaw of Stained Glass Books, Glass  Article books and other related  books for reference.
• Workshop visit for laser engraving on the glass with practical.

4.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

• Solving of queries and problems regarding different procedures and practical on the Glass Explaining your experience regarding  such workshop with questionnaire form(feedback form) filled by you.
